Taking Tokenization off the Host for Agentic LLM Serving

GraphTok is presented, a GPU tokenizer that runs the entire encoding pipeline, from pre-tokenization through byte-pair encoding (BPE) merging to token-ID assembly, as one replayable CUDA graph.
