Interactions of postbiotics produced by different Enterococcus strains
A previously underreported antagonistic relationship is identified, demonstrating that the structural interference of high-molecular-weight EPS can reduce the antibacterial efficacy of bacteriocins by 10% to 64%, critical for the precise design of multi-metabolite postbiotic formulations.
