Employee cybersecurity awareness impact on cybersecurity posture of business organizations in Canada
The findings reveal that organizations with strong servant leadership attributes, employee empowerment and training, combined with a cybersecurity-conscious culture, enhance employee cybersecurity awareness and training and recommend adopting targeted role-based and scenario-driven training approaches on cybersecurity.
