Targeting NR4A1/2 may represent a promising therapeutic strategy for overcoming resistance in rhabdomyosarcoma, and early CD71 induction combined with suppression of GPX4, SLC7A11, and FSP1 highlights a multi-level ferroptotic mechanism in RMS.
