Comprehensive surgical management of traumatic cataract with scleral fixation of an intraocular lens in phacolytic glaucoma
Scleral IOL fixation using 8-0 polypropylene is an effective and safe method of surgical rehabilitation in patients with traumatic cataract complicated by phacolytic glaucoma and provides sustained IOP normalization, high visual function, and a low complication rate.
