Abexinostat attenuates temozolomide-resistant glioma stem cells.
Abx reduced tumor growth and mesenchymal GSCs in vitro and in vivo in GBM PDC and PDX models, supporting Abx's potential to prevent GSC-mediated therapy resistance and improve patient survival.
