Baclofen and frankincense containing bigel, hydrogel and oleogel: A novel drug delivery system to relief pain
The baclofen- and frankincense oil-loaded bigel demonstrated favorable physicochemical properties, good stability, enhanced skin permeation, and the greatest analgesic effect among the tested formulations, suggesting its potential as an effective topical delivery system.
