WORKPLACE FACTORS AND TRAINING SATISFACTION AMONG HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS IN WESTERN UTTAR PRADESH: A COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF DOCTORS AND NURSES

The results imply that workplace factors, especially supportive supervision, may have an impact on healthcare professionals' training satisfaction, however, there was no statistically significant correlation found between the six workplace characteristics and training satisfaction.
