Mitochondrial bioenergetic remodeling underlies fingolimod-induced immunometabolic adaptation in multiple sclerosis.
It is suggested that mitochondrial metabolism of lymphocytes is a potential component of fingolimod activity, promoting an altered bioenergetic state.
