Pengembangan dan Implementasi Aplikasi Konseling Berbasis Website untuk Optimalisasi Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling di Sekolah Dasar
SD Unggulan Muslimat NU Purbalingga had previously implemented a web-based administrative management system that enhanced the efficiency of data management and school administrative services. However, the school's Guidance and Counseling (BK) services were still conducted manually, resulting in unsystematic documentation, limited monitoring of student progress, and a lack of integration with the existing system. This community service initiative aimed to develop and implement an integrated web-based counseling application to optimize BK services at the elementary school level. The methodology followed the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) stages, comprising requirements analysis, system design, application development, implementation and training, testing via Likert-scale questionnaires, and monitoring and mentoring. The resulting application integrates with the existing school management system and offers features such as structured counseling history recording, dashboard-based student progress monitoring, issue categorization and follow-up tracking, automated report generation, and tiered access rights for counselors, homeroom teachers, and the school principal. The training and mentoring enabled counselors and homeroom teachers to operate the system independently during their daily service routines. Based on questionnaire results from 10 respondents, the community service activity received a highly positive response from all participants. Out of 50 total responses, no respondents selected the "Strongly Disagree," "Disagree," or "Neutral" categories; instead, 84% of responses fell into the "Agree" category and 16% into the "Strongly Agree" category. These results indicate a 100% participant acceptance and satisfaction rate regarding the activity's implementation.
