An Optimal Structure for All-Pairs Nearest Mincuts and Sensitivity Oracles for Edge Insertions

The first optimal space representation of all-pairs nearest minimum cuts is presented, providing a natural analogue of the Gomory-Hu tree and designing an all-pairs minimum cut sensitivity oracle for edge insertion.

Fast Metric Decompositions in High Dimension

The algorithm constructs a new sparse neighborhood cover that is based on geometric properties of $\ell_\infty$ and utilizes recent reductions between covers and decompositions, and the techniques have additional applications to spanners and nearest-neighbor search.
