Система самофинансирования инвестиционных процессов за счет возвратного капитала
в статье изложены принципы нового кодирования бухгалтерских операций отдельных инновационных и инвестиционных процессов за счет возвратного капитала, ранее действующего в СССР, но ликвидированного в нашем бухучете в начале 90-х годов, рассмотрены принципы ликвидации данной системы, ввиду попадания наших экономик в зависимость от экономик США и Евросоюза, изначально ориентировавших Россию по вектору сырьевого развития. Представлены новые финансовые технологии, развивающие инвестиционные процессы и стимулирующие рост ВВП и темпы обновления технологий. Подробно изложена идея инвестирования самофинансируемого бизнеса за счет Амортизационного фонда, а также за счет Фонда инновационного развития. Введены новые показатели: инновационная валовая прибыль, интегрированный подход; рентабельность прав на результаты интеллектуальной деятельности, финансовые результаты научно-технической деятельности и другие. Предложено разделение капитала на оборотные и инвестиционные средства. Рассмотрены вопросы инвестиционных кредитов. the article outlines the principles of new coding of accounting transactions for individual innovative and investment processes based on the return capital that was previously used in the USSR but was eliminated from our accounting system in the early 1990s. The article also discusses the principles of eliminating this system due to the dependence of our economies on the economies of the United States and the European Union, which initially focused Russia on a resource-based development path. New financial technologies are presented, which develop investment processes and stimulate GDP growth and the pace of technology renewal. The idea of investing in self-financing businesses through the Depreciation Fund and the Innovation Development Fund is described in detail. New indicators have been introduced, such as innovative gross profit, an integrated approach, profitability of intellectual property rights, financial results of scientific and technical activities, and others. The division of capital into working capital and investment funds has been proposed. The issues of investment loans have been addressed.
