Change in Adherence and Glycemic Control Following WhatsApp-Based Education and Interactive Reminders among Diabetes Patients

Improvements were observed in patient knowledge and glycemic control indices, but medication adherence did not change significantly following a WhatsApp-based education and interactive reminders among outpatients receiving insulin therapy.
