Isolation, Molecular Characterization, and Pathogenicity Evaluation of a Genotype GI Feline Calicivirus Isolate
The observed clinical signs, viral dissemination, and histopathological lesions indicate that HN/ZZ/2025 is capable of causing clinically evident disease in experimentally infected cats, establishing HN/ZZ/2025 as a useful isolate for future studies of FCV genetic diversity and pathogenesis.
