Assessment of Immunization Levels in Children with Chronic Diseases in a Tertiary Hospital

The immunization status of children with chronic illnesses is determined, and a high rate of complete vaccination according to the routine vaccination schedule was observed, but non-routine vaccinations were administered at low rates.
