MDL800, an allosteric SIRT6 activator, ameliorates UV-induced skin photoaging by attenuating oxidative stress, DNA damage, and collagen degradation.

Topical MDL800 improved gross photoaging-like changes, reduced epidermal thickening, preserved dermal collagen organization, and ameliorated associated molecular alterations in both cellular and animal models, and exerted protective effects against UV-induced skin photoaging.
