Evaluating Learner Competency in GenAI-Enhanced Learning: A Framework for Process-Oriented Assessment of Human-AI Collaboration

This paper proposes a framework for process-oriented competency evaluation comprising three interconnected components: Competency Model defining what to assess in AI-augmented learning; Analytics Integration capturing processes where learning happens; and Actionable Guidelines providing practical tools for educators.
