This multifunctional nanoplatform provides an integrated strategy for potentiating cuproptosis-augmented immunotherapy in breast cancer and exhibited excellent stability, photothermal efficiency, and tumor-targeting capability, resulting in responsive degradation within the tumor microenvironment.
