Socioeconomic status, healthcare access, and risk of atrial fibrillation: an investigation using the Jackson Heart Study Research Materials
Higher educational attainment and income were associated with lower risk of atrial fibrillation in a cohort of Black Americans, and easier access to healthcare and greater satisfaction with received healthcare were also associated with lower AF risk.
