Challenges, motivators and differential attainment: a qualitative study of the experiences of GP Educational Supervisors.
The motivational factors and current challenges experienced by GP ESs across one UK Deanery are explored, with the increasing workload in general practice along with more complex supervisory needs of resident doctors, particularly international medical graduates, affecting wellbeing.
