Glioblastoma immune landscape remodeling following treatment with CD70-targeted CAR-T cells
It is showcased that CD70-directed CAR-T cell therapy remodels the post-treatment immune landscape towards resolution of inflammation and reduced immunosuppression, supporting sustained immune surveillance.
