Reliability-Constrained Hybrid Beamforming for Multistatic ISAC in Vehicular Networks
Simulation results show that the proposed proportional-integral Lagrangian proximal policy optimization algorithm keeps the average outage probability at or below the reliability threshold, improves constraint satisfaction, and achieves stable sensing performance.
