Conservation genetics of the spotted bat: Insights from ancient, historical, and modern samples

This work analyzed nuclear microsatellite loci and mitochondrial control region sequences from 121 individuals spanning ancient, historical, historical, and contemporary timeframes across the species’ range in western North America to suggest long-term population continuity.
