Comparison of Intramedullary and Extramedullary Osteosynthesis for Two-Part Proximal Humerus Fractures

In two-part proximal humerus fractures, plate osteosynthesis provided significantly better functional outcomes at 12 months based on CSS, ASES, and DASH scores (p 0.001).
