Whole-genome sequencing analysis of three Edwardsiella ictaluri isolates from Indonesia: genetic insights into virulence and resistance in pangasius farming

Virulence-associated genes were highly conserved across the three isolates, while qnrS2, acrB, and adeF were consistently detected as AMR-associated genes, while qnrS2, acrB, and adeF were consistently detected as AMR-associated genes.
