IgE drives osteoclastogenesis via binding with FcεRII in sparganosis-induced bone destruction
It is demonstrated that sparganosis induces pronounced IgE-dependent osteoclastogenesis and severe bone destruction and Omalizumab is a candidate for a potential therapeutic strategy to alleviate osteolysis in SS patients.
