Prognostic value of hormone receptor expression in patients with HR+/HER2− advanced BC treated with first-line ET+CDK4/6i: results from the multicentre observational, real-world PALMARES-2 study

Effectiveness of first-line ET plus CDK4/6i in patients with HR+/HER2− aBC worsens progressively with decreasing ERα expression, and PgR expression adds further prognostic discrimination, with low ERα and PgR expression identifying a subgroup of patients with particularly poor outcomes.

Artificial intelligence for bone metastases: a systematic review and meta-analysis of diagnostic and prognostic performance

Bone metastases are a major complication of advanced solid tumors and are associated with substantial morbidity and reduced survival. Imaging plays a central role in detection and monitoring, yet conventional modalities and qualitative risk scores remain limited by suboptimal specificity and inter-reader variability. A...

Chemotherapy backbone and outcomes of immune checkpoint inhibitor combinations across solid tumors: a pan-tumor network meta-analysis

Abstract Background Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) combined with chemotherapy represent a first-line standard across multiple solid tumors; however, the contribution of chemotherapy backbone to the efficacy of chemo-immunotherapy remains uncertain. Methods We conducted a systematic review and network meta-analysis...

FMRP modulates stress granule remodelling in cancer cells via G3BP1

Findings support a role for FMRP as a regulator of SG dynamics and identify the FMRP–G3BP1 axis as a candidate pathway for further investigation in aggressive and treatment-resistant cancers and in tumor adaptation to oxidative stress across distinct cellular contexts and survival programs.
