Baseline Inflammatory Ratios and Anemia for Predicting Multivessel Coronary Artery Disease in Patients With ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction

Findings do not support the use of NLR, PLR, or anemia as stand-alone markers for identifying angiographic multivessel disease in STEMI, although validation in larger and more balanced multicenter cohorts is warranted.

Comparison of GRACE, HEART, and TIMI Risk Scores in Predicting In-Hospital Morbidity and Mortality in Acute Coronary Syndrome

The TIMI risk score demonstrated superior predictive performance compared with GRACE and HEART scores for in-hospital complications in patients with ACS and showed better discrimination than both the GRACE and HEART scores.
