TriAIF-RWKV: A Physiology-Guided Spatiotemporal Framework for Robust Arterial Input Function Selection in CT Perfusion Imaging

The proposed TriAIF-RWKV method provides more consistent downstream perfusion quantification, achieving higher consistency of CTP-derived parameters and improved lesion-to-normal tissue discrimination compared with existing approaches, and highlights its potential for reliable clinical perfusion assessment.
