Antibody-TLR3 agonist-conjugates program the tumor microenvironment and induce immune responses leading to tumor regression in experimental EGFRvIII-positive glioma.

It is revealed that RICIA is internalized by glioma cells via EGFRvIII-mediated endocytosis and induces a TLR3-dependent type I interferon response.
