Evaluation of Anticancer and Anti‐Inflammatory Activities of some Thiazole Derivatives

2‐thiazoline, a derivative containing 2‐thiazoline, which showed the most potential in terms of both anticancer and anti‐inflammatory activity among all compounds, was subjected to molecular docking studies on Caspase‐3 and COX‐1 enzymes and found to interact with the hydrophobic regions of amino acids.

Development of thiazole-hydrazone hybrids for targeted therapy of non-small cell lung cancer.

Flow cytometry analyses revealed that these agents induced apoptosis and G0/G1 cell cycle arrest, indicating that their cytotoxic effects are mediated through these mechanisms, highlighting the potential of thiazolyl hydrazones as targeted therapeutic agents, warranting further investigations for NSCLC treatment.
