Chaos-Enhanced Cybersecurity for Low-Cost Smart Energy Meters in Smart Grids
The proposed framework employs a Lorenz-based chaotic encryption module to secure SEM-utility data exchanges and enables real-time monitoring of energy consumption, anomaly detection, optimization of electrical resource use, and the development of effective energy management strategies for smart electrical grids.
