PDZ-binding kinase promotes ovarian cancer cell proliferation and invasion via CCNB1 regulation

PBK was significantly overexpressed in ovarian cancer tissues and cell lines compared with normal controls, and high PBK expression was associated with poor overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS) and progression-free survival (PFS).
