Proper Actions on Homogeneous Spaces of the Upper Triangular Matrix Group via Coarse Geometry

We study proper actions on homogeneous spaces of the group $\mathrm{B}(n)$ of invertible upper triangular matrices from a coarse-geometric viewpoint.
