Maintaining Political Stability in the Constituent Entities of the Russian Federation: Mechanisms of Public Administration
The article examines public administration mechanisms aimed at maintaining political stability in the constitu-ent entities of the Russian Federation. In the context of external challenges and regional differences, coordinat-ed activities by public authorities become particularly important, which make it possible to maintain the man-ageability of socio-political processes, reduce conflict-generating potential, and ensure consistency between federal and regional agendas. The study aims to systematize the main areas of domestic policy through the lens of public administration mechanisms. Based on the analysis of scholarly literature and regulatory legal acts, the study identifies diagnostic and analytical, institutional and administrative, public communication, soci-ocultural, and electoral areas of maintaining political stability in the regions, as well as the corresponding politi-cal-administrative mechanisms. A comprehensive analysis of these areas and mechanisms within a particular region will enable public authorities to identify risks in advance, strengthen communication with society, and reduce the destabilizing potential of regional socio-political processes.
