Ruleless Digital Twins: Toward Declarative Decision-Making Through Standardized Frameworks and Technologies

Ruleless digital twins (RDTs) are presented that automatically produce optimal decisions with respect to purely declarative user specifications, similarly to the well-established ruleless approach of model predictive control.
