Mechanisms of cefiderocol resistance in carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii: a Swiss 2023-2025 collection.

It was showed that OXA-23 was the dominant mechanism of carbapenem-resistance in CRAB in Switzerland, and almost one quarter of CRAB isolates were resistant to "last resort" antimicrobial, FDC.
