CCA2-Secure Unidirectional Proxy Re-encryption from Cryptographic Group Actions

The CSIDH-instantiation of this PRE scheme is obtained as the first post-quantum PRE, contributing to the developments of post-quantum cryptography, and shows further potential of isogeny-based cryptography.
