Tibolone Use Associated With Elevated Hepatocellular Carcinoma Risk: Findings From a Nationwide Cohort.
A possible link between sustained tibolone use and HCC risk is suggested, warranting confirmation in larger populations and longer follow-up, ideally through well-designed prospective studies.
