Prognostic value of triglyceride-glucose index combined with inflammatory biomarkers for mortality in metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease

ROC curve analysis revealed that TyG-MLR displayed superior predictive performance for all-cause and cardiovascular mortality at 1, 3, and 5-year follow-ups, whereas TyG-lgSII emerged as the most accurate predictor for diabetes-related mortality.
