TRANQUIL attenuates autoimmune demyelination and suppresses neuroinflammatory signaling in experimental autoimmune encephalomyelitis.

Findings indicate that TRQ administration is associated with partial attenuation of EAE severity, reduced CNS inflammatory pathology, and broad suppression of inflammatory transcriptional signatures.
