Learning to Handle Constrained Routing Problems From a Decoupling Perspective
This paper identifies a critical phenomenon in constrained VRPs termed the Global Cascading Effect, and proposes DeCo (Decoupled Constrained Optimization), a streamlined end-to-end framework designed to systematically dismantle these couplings.
