3D-printed biomimetic scaffolds integrated with exosomes from injury-preconditioned hUCMSCs promote brain tissue repair via neuroprotection and neurogenesis.

It is demonstrated that exosomes produced from hUCMSCs preconditioned with brain trauma extracts have a neuroprotective effect on a craniocerebral trauma model in beagles and suggests a potential therapeutic strategy.

Iron Oxide Nanoparticles for Hepatocyte-Targeted T2 Imaging with Inverse Illumination of Liver Tumors.

A hepatocyte-targeted T2 MRI contrast agent is developed by functionalizing superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles with an ethoxybenzyl-polyethylene glycol ligand, yielding Fe3O4-EOB-PEG2000 NPs, inspired by the hepatocyte-selective features of Gd-EOB-DTPA.
