Prenatal exposure to organophosphate esters and child cognitive development in the MARBLES prospective cohort.

It was observed that associations differed by age at assessment, highlighting the importance of repeated outcome measurements, and larger studies in general-population cohorts with repeated exposure measurements throughout pregnancy are warranted.

Prenatal exposure to a mixture of non-persistent endocrine-disrupting chemicals and attention and hyperactivity symptoms in children in the ECHO cohort.

Findings on prenatal EDC mixture exposure and ADHD symptoms were not robust to full adjustment, and future research that can delineate factors such as windows of vulnerability and trajectories of ADHD-related symptoms may help clarify mixed findings in the literature.
