Genome-wide identi ﬁ cation and expression analysis of TPS gene family contributing to cold tolerance in Actinidia arguta

Subcellular localization results indicate that the AaTPS8 protein is primarily localized in the cytoplasm, suggesting its potential involvement in trehalose metabolism and stress response regulation in the cytoplasm.
