Algorithm for fractional transportation problems in interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy environment

This method deals with the zero-cost penalty in the reduced interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy transportation problem, obtained by applying row and column reduction to the original interval-valued Fermatean fractional fuzzy transportation problem.
