Associations of light and moderate-to-vigorous physical activity with health-related outcomes: findings from the FINFIT 2017 and 2021 studies

Daily time of both absolute and relative LPA and absolute MVPA was associated with better predicted VO2max, perceived health, QoL and fewer depressive symptoms, whereas relative MVPA indicated the opposite or no association.

Predictors of Extreme Behaviors of Physical Activity Measured With Accelerometer-A Predictive Machine Learning Approach.

It is not possible to accurately identify physically highly inactive or highly active individuals only from comprehensive background data, but several significant predictive variables for extremely low and high MVPA were discovered that may help characterize factors associated with PA behavior at the population level.
