This review examines trispecific T-cell engagers (TriTEs) as an emerging strategy to address this limitation by simultaneously targeting multiple tumor-associated antigens and positions TriTEs as a modular immunotherapy platform relevant to glioblastoma and other heterogeneous solid tumors.
