Trust Region Q Adjoint Matching

This paper introduces Trust Region Q Adjoint Matching (TRQAM), a stable off-policy fine-tuning algorithm that adaptively controls the path-space KL between the fine-tuned and pretrained policies through projected dual descent, achieving stable off-policy RL.
