The burden of multimorbidity in patients with TB–HIV: a retrospective cohort analysis

Multimorbidity was highly prevalent at TB diagnosis in this cohort of people with TB–HIV, highlighting the complexity of care required alongside prescription of anti-TB therapy.

Multimorbidity in tuberculosis and its impact on health and treatment outcomes: A prospective cohort study

Care cascades revealed substantial gaps in screening and diagnosis (HIV, diabetes mellitus and mental health conditions) and treatment (hypertension) and showed gaps at different stages for different conditions, underscoring the need for tailored, integrated approaches.
